Some places exist only in the spaces between – between departure and return, between what is seen and what is imagined, between the world as it is and the world as it is carried inside us. They arrive as fragments: a remembered landscape, a half-forgotten story, a dream that outlasts the sleeping. Their boundaries shift with memory. Their contours are drawn by longing, loss, wonder, and belief.

The artists in this exhibition are cartographers of the unmappable. They work from personal histories and borrowed myths, from interior worlds and inherited silences, tracing paths that resist fixed coordinates. In their hands, mountains become memories, figures become allegories, and the familiar gives way to territories without name.

These are not maps that lead anywhere. They are maps that ask us to wander.

Maps from Another Realm invites you into a landscape of crossings – where stories move between worlds, where the visible and invisible press against one another, and where every journey begins with the willingness to be lost.
